What is your favorite meal to cook and why?
- I love making homemade tomato sauce with farm fresh summer tomatoes. It comes out a little different every time, but always delicious. Just boil some pasta with it and you’re good to go.
What is the last song you played on Spotify?
- I’m an Apple Music guy… but the last song I listened to was Footsteps in the Dark by The Isley Brothers. Gotta love some soul music.
What is your favorite place you have traveled to?
- I really loved Puerto Rico, I spent a month volunteering and exploring on the island a few years ago and I’ve been itching to get back ever since. Fun fact: Puerto Rico is home to El Yunque; it is the only rainforest in the U.S. National Parks system.
